Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to understand and respond to your business enquiry.
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- The information you enter in the message box, including your trade, service area and requested help.
- Your request for a callback and the fact that an AI-assisted callback was disclosed on the form.
- Messages, call notes and other information you choose to provide during follow-up conversations.
- Basic technical and security information processed by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser information and request timestamps.
Information used in managed audits and workspace services
If we provide a Local Visibility Audit, report or managed workspace to you, we may process business information needed to measure, explain and improve local discovery. This is a managed service, not an open public self-service product unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Authorized user details, such as name, work email, role and approval or communication records.
- Business facts and publicly available profile information, such as business name, address or service area, phone, website, categories, ratings, review counts, Maps links and operating details.
- Search and audit data, such as selected keywords, grid coordinates, scan settings, localized ranking observations, competitor observations, reports, screenshots, exports and audit notes.
- Information you authorize us to access for delivery, such as Google Business Profile, website, Search Console, analytics, call or appointment evidence. We ask for permission-based access where available and do not ask you to send passwords through the website form or email.
- Client approvals, requested changes and delivery records needed to keep an accurate change log and explain what was measured or changed.
Where audit information comes from
Audit information may come from you, your authorized representatives, publicly available business listings and websites, Google and other search or mapping surfaces, and specialist data providers used to obtain localized search snapshots. Public business information can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate, so it is checked with you before material changes are made.
How we use your information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To review your enquiry and respond by email or phone.
- To assess whether the Local Visibility Trial or another service may be suitable.
- To manage the enquiry, record follow-up status and avoid duplicate contact.
- To arrange a requested callback, which may be handled by an AI receptionist.
- To run agreed local visibility scans, prepare audit reports, compare observations, identify opportunities and measure approved work.
- To manage authorized Google Business Profile, website, reputation, conversion or reporting work, including an approval and change history.
- To give an authorized client representative access to the relevant workspace, reports and exports.
- To protect the website, prevent spam and maintain reliable records.
- To comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Legal reasons for using information
Depending on where you are located, we rely on your request for pre-contract information, your consent where required, our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries and managing our services, and compliance with legal obligations.
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Callback and AI receptionist notice
Submitting the form requests a callback about that enquiry. The form tells you before submission that the callback may be handled by an AI receptionist.
We do not treat the callback request as permission for unrelated marketing. We also do not treat it as consent to record a call. If a call will be recorded, we will provide a separate notice where required.
Who receives the information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only with providers needed to operate the enquiry, audit and managed-service process.
- Website hosting and form-processing providers, including Netlify.
- Email, communications, CRM, telephony and AI-receptionist providers used to respond to your request.
- Mapping, search, local-ranking, analytics, document-generation and storage providers used to prepare an agreed scan or report.
- Google or another connected platform when you authorize us to work on your business profile, website, analytics or related service account.
- Professional advisers, regulators or authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required.
- A successor organization if the relevant business is reorganized or transferred, subject to applicable law.
International processing
Our business and service providers may process information in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, India or other countries. Privacy protections may differ between countries. Where required, we use provider agreements and lawful transfer mechanisms appropriate to the service.
How long we keep it
We normally keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. For a managed audit or workspace, we normally keep the active service records while the engagement is active and for up to 24 months after the last meaningful service activity, unless a written agreement, valid deletion request or legal requirement requires a different period. We may keep contract, payment or dispute records longer where required by law or reasonably needed to establish legal rights. Spam, duplicate scans and unnecessary records may be removed sooner.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Workspace records are intended to be scoped to the relevant authorized account or client engagement. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so please do not submit passwords, payment card details, health information or other sensitive personal information through the enquiry form, a scan note or a report request.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your information, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator.
To make a request, email hello@bookmorejobs.online. We may need to verify your identity before completing it. UK residents may contact the Information Commissioner's Office. Canadian residents may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager to manage website tags. Our hosting and security providers may also process essential technical logs needed to deliver and protect the site. If we configure analytics, advertising cookies or other non-essential tracking, we will provide any required notice and choice before relying on that tracking where applicable law requires it.
Children
This website is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information through the enquiry form.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The updated date at the top shows when the latest version took effect.
