Using this website
You may use this website for lawful business purposes and to learn about or enquire about our services. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or use the form for spam or unlawful activity.
Submitting an enquiry
You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting the form asks us to review your enquiry and request a callback. The callback may be handled by an AI receptionist, as disclosed next to the submission button.
A form submission does not require either party to enter a commercial relationship. We may decline an enquiry when the service is unsuitable, capacity is unavailable or the information appears inaccurate or abusive.
The 12+ appointment offer
The website describes a target of 12+ confirmed appointments within 90 days and a possible no-management-fee continuation. This offer applies only to eligible businesses and becomes binding only when a written proposal or service agreement confirms the scope.
The written agreement must define the service, market, qualifying appointment, start date, tracking method, client responsibilities, access, response standards, exclusions, third-party costs and the exact conditions of any no-fee continuation. Website copy does not replace those agreed terms.
Results and search platforms
Organic visibility and appointment outcomes depend on factors including starting position, competition, distance, demand, business capacity, response time, website condition, profile access and customer decisions. Google and other platforms control their own systems, and we do not guarantee a particular ranking or platform decision.
A grid scan is a timestamped provider observation for a stated keyword, location, device and search surface. It may differ from what another person sees at another time, device, location or Google surface. It is evidence for investigation and measurement, not a permanent ranking guarantee.
Examples, grid scans and commercial illustrations on the website explain the service model. Unless clearly identified as verified client evidence, they are not promises that every business will achieve the same result.
Managed Local Visibility Workspace
Where we provide workspace access, it is a managed service feature for the named client and its authorized representatives. It is not a public software subscription or a promise that every requested feature will be available without a written agreement.
We may restrict, suspend or remove workspace access to protect data, prevent misuse, manage provider costs, comply with law or end an engagement. We will use reasonable efforts to give notice where practical.
Workspace access, authority and approvals
You must keep workspace access private, use it only for your organization and not share access outside authorized representatives. You must ensure that anyone requesting a scan, accessing a report or approving a change has authority to do so.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of business facts, permissions, access rights and claims you provide. Use manager or permission-based access for Google Business Profile, Search Console, analytics and other platforms. Do not send passwords to us through the website, email or a workspace note.
We will not intentionally make a material change to your business profile, website, service information, hours, contact details or customer-facing content without the approval process agreed for the engagement. You remain responsible for final business decisions and platform compliance.
Public business data and third parties
A scan or report may display public information about your business or other businesses, including ranking observations, Maps listings, categories, ratings, reviews counts, websites and contact details. We do not guarantee that public-source information is complete or accurate, and displaying it does not mean we endorse, control or represent that business.
You must not use the workspace to harass competitors, scrape data outside permitted use, make deceptive claims, publish another business's information in a misleading way, or violate Google, data-provider or other platform rules.
Reviews and reputation work
Any review-request or reputation work must be limited to genuine customers, truthful communication and approved official review links. We do not provide fake reviews, incentives for reviews, prescribed review wording or review gating. A click on a review link is not proof that a review was posted.
Paid services
Before paid work begins, the parties should approve a separate proposal or service agreement covering fees, payment timing, deliverables, access, approvals, confidentiality, intellectual property, data handling, termination and dispute terms. If these website terms conflict with that agreement, the signed agreement controls the paid service.
Intellectual property
The website design, copy, graphics, brand elements and original materials belong to Book More Jobs, Gen5 AI or their licensors. You may view and share links to the public website, but you may not copy, sell, republish or create misleading derivative materials without permission.
Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party hosting, communications, scheduling, mapping, search or AI services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites that we do not control.
Availability and disclaimers
